AGE REQUIREMENT

Our site is available to users 18 years of age or older who reside in the United States. You represent and warrant that you meet all our eligibility requirements. If you do not meet our requirements, you may not access or create a profile on lehmanoptical.com.

UPDATES TO THESE TERMS OF USE

At any time, Lehman Optical may change the Terms & Conditions, modify the site, or discontinue specific offers or services. All changes will take effect as shown on each policy/term page.

You can browse our website without being a registered user, but you will not be able to place, view, track orders, fill prescriptions, order stock lenses, or use any other member-related features.

Store owners can become a member by completing the registration process at the top of any page. Upon becoming a member of our services, you agree to provide true, accurate, and current info about yourself and your company as shown on the registration page. Also, you are responsible for updating your data if there are any changes to your company.

After registering your account, you'll be required to create a profile. You may not (i) use another person's account, (ii) create an account that is offensive or obscene, (iii) you are not allowed to create multiple accounts under 1 company name ( if you have multiple companies with different names, each one needs its own account. We reserve the right to cancel your account at our sole discretion if we feel you violate these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials. Lehman Optical is not liable for any loss you incur as a result of someone using your account, with or without your permission. You will be held liable for any losses Lehman Optical insures due to any unauthorized use of your user ID.

PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

By placing an order on lehmanoptical.com, you represent that you are fully responsible for orders. Before Lehman Optical accepts any orders, verification and approval of the order is required.

Your e-mail confirmation does not constitute a fulfilled order. At any time, Lehman Optical reserves the right to accept or decline the order. We have the right to limit the quantity of any lenses and to refuse service to any customer who violates our terms.

Stock Lenses or Prescription orders can be paid via credit / debit card, bank transfer, Zelle, PayPal, or work order. Any purchases made via PayPal or a third-party (1) you agree to view and be bound by those provider's terms and policies (2) acknowledge you have an active account with that provider to complete an order.

We are not liable for any activities or conduct of third-party providers. You agree to hold us harmless and release us from any liability arising from or in connection with any such providers.

THIRD-PARTY SOURCES

Lehman Optical allows our site members to view, access, and use content from Third-Parties. Such content is referred to as content not owned or operated by Lehman Optical.
