Lenses ordered from lehmanoptical.com must be returned within (7) days from delivery date, in their original package, undamaged, scratch-free, and in resellable condition to be eligible for a refund.

Our returns department will offer an exchange as long as the item is in stock. If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us directly before mailing back your items and placing an order.

Processing times vary by location, travel time, and how you paid for your order (PayPal refunds take additional processing time).

You are responsible to pack all items in with original packaging; items not in original packaging may not qualify for exchange. ​​It can take up to ( 14 ) days to process once we receive the merchandise. Refunds are issued in the same form as the original payment.

Returning customized lenses is considered " Final Sale " and cannot be exchanged, example :

• Tinted prescription or tinted non-prescription lens

• Abnormal or Non-traditional shaped lenses
