REFUND POLICY

​Effective as of ​April 2, 2024

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All items ordered from our website must be returned within 14 days of its delivery date in its original packaging, undamaged, scratch-free and in re-sell condition to be eligible for a refund.

Our return processing center will offer exchanges AS LONG AS THE ITEM IS IN STOCK. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges on all products due to limited quantity. If you would like to make an exchange, please return your original purchase by mail and place a new order.

The processing time may vary up to two (14) days, depending on where you live (shipping travel time) and how you paid for your order (PayPal refunds takes additional processing time).

RETURNS BY MAIL

Mailing back your lenses is easy. Find your Order # (e.g. LO350). It is displayed on your confirmation email. Follow the instructions on your order form to return or exchange your lenses.

You are required to pack the items in their original packaging. ​​It may take up to 14 business days to process a return after being received by our Customer Care Center.

 

Remember, your package needs to be post-marked on or before 30 days of your online order to receive a refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment method.

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS

Returning customized products are ‘final sale’ and cannot be exchanged or returned, examples are :

  • Tinted Prescription or Non-Prescription lenses

  • Lenses that have special shapes ( abnormally / Non-Traditional shapes )
